Nelly finally stepped on the scale today!
how shocking to find myself still at 45 considering the fact that I've been consuming so much fast food for the past few weeks.
I came across this calories and fat book that my mum had on her table..got me to oogle at the book for HOURS, literally!
So I've finally decided that I must cut down on fatty food and go on exercise.

sorry, was busy finishing up my Working Drawings yesterday.
and guess what, i totally lost my voice today.
now instead of croaking, i speak like those who are out of breath..you know, when you run for about 5km and then you're gasping for air and then you try talking. yeah..something like that.

Thank God tomorrow is a public holiday.
Am down with the cough bug...which leads to very severe sore throat and the loss of voice.

Had studio3 at 8am..but only got to college at 10am (tutorial classes a bit lazy to wake up early)
Decided to skip class, had breakkie and then headed to Mentari to continue my Working Drawings.
Wondered where the Housemate LimLiYin went, gave her a call to find out that there's a crit session on our sectional drawings for our visitor centre assignment. bloody hell.
Ran to college...sweat a little..good exercise i guess?
